Span Track Carton Flow can easily install onto new or existing pallet rack. With this application, your pallet rack is converted from a static storage system into a high capacity picking system. Similar to a conveyer but a more economical option, it moves cartons quickly and efficiently from one location to another.

Span Track is available in either high profile or low profile options. High profile rests on top of the beam and can extend beyond the front and back of the rack to create a contoured profile. Low profile, on the other hand, is placed between front and end beams, allowing the full use of a rack's vertical space for taller items.

There are many advantages to using this type of Carton Flow. With its galvanized rails/hangers and aluminium rollers, it outperforms in cooler or freezer storage environments. Further, cartons flow smoothly and track straight, eliminating the need for guides - you can be confident that this system moves the products to where they need to go. And, not only is it easy to adjust the levels of a Span Track system, enabling this to be accomplished by one person, but it is also easy to install.
