Pallet Runner

A Pallet Runner system uses automated carts that travel along rails, moving loads in and out of lanes in a storage area. Not only can a single cart serve multiple lanes, but it can be easily moved from one location to another using a fork lift, making this system efficient and cost effective.

The Pallet Runner is controlled from an electronic remote that is managed by the fork lift driver. Via this device, the driver communicates directions and functions to the cart such as where it should deposit the load and retrieve the next load from. Thus, a lift truck driver can deposit a load to the runner and return for more pallets while the cart continues the delivery independently within the warehouse - moving along lanes and up and down rack levels as required. Each remote control can direct multiple Pallet Runners, allowing the driver to work efficiently and maximize productivity.

Whether your inventory is First In First Out (FIFO) or Last In First Out (LIFO), this system is ideal for warehouses with many pallets per SKU and a high turn rate.
